Non-refundable donation to the government - Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF)

To be eligible for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship under this option, the government requires a contribution to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF), established in April 2018. Its main objective is to invest in projects that benefit to every citizen and resident of St. Kitts and Nevis. These include healthcare, education, alternative energy, heritage, infrastructure, tourism and culture, climate change and resilience, and the promotion of Indigenous entrepreneurship.

Minimum donation:

  • $150,000 - Single applicant or a family of up to 4 people
  • $10,000 - Each additional dependent (not a sibling)
  • $20,000 - each sibling

Investment in a government-approved real estate project

The government determines which real estate projects meet the established threshold to qualify as approved projects, after which they are eligible to participate in the program. An applicant only needs to make the minimum investment, regardless of the number of dependents included in the application. Two or more applicants may invest together in one property, provided each applicant contributes an amount at least equal to the minimum investment required under the option. A property acquired under this option can be resold after 7 years after the granting of citizenship.

Minimum investment:

  • $200,000 (regardless of the number of family members included in the application)

  • $35,000 - Main Applicant

  • $10,000 - Other Dependent
  • $40,000 - Sibling
