The new construction project Montis Mountain Resort is being built on so far undeveloped land near the town of Kolašin and sets a new benchmark for contemporary mountain hospitality. The large conference room can accommodate up to 400 visitors and is supported by two smaller meeting rooms with a capacity of 50 seats. In addition to the city's cultural amenities, the hotel has a fully equipped 3D cinema that can accommodate up to 72 visitors. The hotel bar with 120 seats is also open to the public.

Investing in the Montenegrin Citizenship Program with additional returns

Investing in a Montis Mountain Resort hotel suite offers more benefits than Montenegrin citizenship alone. For example, the income from the rental of the hotel rooms is divided among the suite owners. Each owner is entitled to 40% of the profit per hotel suite. This profit will be based on the financial report of the hotel operator and approved by a corporate accountant.
